The hot potato is a mod item with the appearance of a baked potato that makes the player extremely slow when holding it. There is also a 'Hotter Potato' that additionally sets your health to 1, and a 'Luke-warm Potato' that does nothing.
It was used as a tool in The Crypt of Pain on the Ravscraft 2 server
